Description

Direct Yellow R is a Yellow brown powder. Soluble in water, it is red light yellow, slightly soluble in ethylene glycol ether, insoluble in other organic solvents.Mostly used for dyeing paper. We can adjust the Tones and Quality according to the customer’s requirements.

Product character

Level dyeing and migration are poor. After dyeing, it needs to be treated with color fixing agent to improve the wet fastness. It is mostly used for dyeing of viscose fiber and silk interwoven fabric. This product has a strong light brittle effect.The aqueous solution with concentrated hydrochloric acid is olive yellow, and the aqueous solution with concentrated sodium hydroxide produces golden orange precipitate. Dark red in concentrated sulfuric acid, dark yellow in dilution, with brown precipitates.
