Product character

A. Copper phthalocyanine is used as raw material. First, the cupric phthalocyanine was reacted with chlorosulfonic acid, then the sulfone chloride was added, and the cupric phthalocyanine was partially sulfonated and chlorosulfonated. Then, sodium bicarbonate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution are added successively to complete the neutralization process. After salting out, filtering, drying and grinding the finished product.
B. Direct fast blue FBL has a linear structure of water-soluble groups such as sulfonic acid (-SO3H) or carboxylate (-COOH). Aromatic ring structure is in the same plane, so the direct fast blue FBL has a greater affinity for cellulose fiber, direct dyeing in neutral medium, as long as the dye dissolved in dry water, can be dyed. The dye is adsorbed to the surface by the fiber in solution, and then diffuses continuously to the amorphous region of the fiber, forming hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces with the fiber macromolecules.
